With the Cowboys using this weekend for some much needed rest and tweaking, I'm looking forward to the opportunity to catch up with the other Dallas teams as they make a trip through Southern California. Friday night, the Stars visit the Ducks in a rematch of their 2008 first round playoff series. Sunday afternoon, with no Cowboys game to watch, the Mavericks roll into Staples Center to face off against the Clippers - a much more affordable ticket compared to their purple and gold LA brothers. And Tuesday, the Stars wrap up their California road trip when they skate with the Kings at Staples Center.
Three Dallas games in five days in Los Angeles. I can't in good sports-conscience pass up the opportunity to be in the building at any of them. Ideally these go better than the last Dallas game I went to.
